Solicitation Summary
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“Commission” or “M-NCPPC”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and to develop detailed requirements for the implementation of a UCaaS solution. The goal of this project is to identify the communication needs of our organization and to outline the specifications for a UCaaS solution that will enhance our communication capabilities and reduce or eliminate the on-premise infrastructure.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. Interested offerors must email April Dickens at april.dickens@mncppc.org to request an invitation to the Microsoft Teams meeting. Invitations will be sent three days prior to the meeting, and requests received on the same day may not receive a response or meeting link. While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged. Please note, the meeting will not be recorded.
