The property to be leased is located at the corner of 13th and F Street, City of Modesto, in the County of Stanislaus, State of California, that is described as a public parking lot and commonly referred to as Parking Lot B as shown herein; and will be for twenty (20) parking spaces for a
one (1) year period with an option to extend the License for an additional one (1) year period, commencing upon the execution of a lease agreement at a rental rate of one thousand three hundred and 00/100 dollars ($1,300.00) per month.
