the proposal". Do you mean a Bid Bond is required with proposals?
No, This is an RFP so Performance and Payment Bonds are required not Bid Bonds.
What type of conduits is to installed, metal or PVC?
Per the SOW Section 2.2, the conduit will be EMT.
What is linear footage of each building?
Each of the building drawings have scales on them which should assist with linear footage in each building.
Will a place to store materials and ladders be provided?
Yes, storage will be provided. This will be coordinated with the COR once contract is awarded.
