UMC Main Lobby Level 1 Remodel

SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: The project is located at 1800 W Charleston, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The tenant improvement area is a 26,310 sq. ft. space. It is located on the 1st floor and consists of the Main Hospital Lobby, “The Middle,” and adjacent corridors. The scope includes the demolition of the existing Security and Information Desk of the Main Hospital Lobby and the demolition of existing lighting throughout corridors. A new information desk and security desk in new locations within the lobby are to be constructed. Artificial trees are to be removed. New desk and lighting at the area referred to as “The Middle” are to be provided. New LED lighting in the corridors is to be provided.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., beginning through the Main Entrance of the UMC Hospital, in the seating area near the piano located just past the cafeteria entrance, at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 .

Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by close of business Friday, November 1, 2024. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date.

Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com on or before Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:00:00 a .m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website.
