The Southern Nevada Water Authority (Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Owner’s Horizon Lateral - Fayle Pumping Station & Pipeline Project, located in Clark County, Nevada.
