Re-bid with revisions: sitework, landscaping, structural systems, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The scope includes full interior demolition and selective exterior demolition. Phasing Requirement - The first floor office space (approximately 9,500 square feet must be completed by November 15, 2025) Bidders are required to identify this portion in their proposals and include it as a separate phase in their schedule.
