Summary The purpose of this solicitation is to procure an update to our current Application Extender Workflow software from its current version of 16.6.150.0 to latest App Ext version 23.4. This includes downloading all of the software packages necessary for upgrade; the pre & post backup of the database; the upgrade/installation of all licensing, administrative & web components of the latest version 23.4; document retrieval for verification of basic operations in Web Client; providing the necessary training of GCB staff on installation/upgrade process for software distribution to workstations
