This amendment revises the SOW to include the following verbiage:
"Travel mileage will be reimbursed at the prevailing Federal mileage rate in accordance
with FAR 31.205-46. Offerors shall incorporate all other mobilization, routing, staging,
and operational costs into unit pricing. The Government will, to the maximum extent
practicable, work orders will be bundled geographically to support efficient contractor
routing."
- The anticipated start date has changed from 15 June 2026 to 1 July 2026.
- The due date for quotes has been extended from
10 June 2026 to 19 June 2026.
- Questions will be accepted through 16 June
2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0079 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Vault toilet pumping services to Smith River NRA in the U.S. Six Rivers National Forest. Services include pumping out pre-cast concrete vaults, removing any trash/debris, hazardous material, visual inspections and documentation of the condition of the vaults.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991 The small business size standard is $9M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
