Bid Description:
This work consists of construction of an LED lighting upgrade for the Rochester Town Office Building (67 School Street, Rochester, VT). A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
