Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Heavy Equipment Rental. Please refer to IFB #25-213 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September  10, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST .  Register with the buyer, Samantha Barger, at SBarger@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Due Date:  October 08, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - See Details in the document to join the meeting or dial 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID: 112 225 775# and you will be conferenced in.
