airport with some of the overall stormwater needs. I'll go into things, but I'll let Mimi.

Engineering. Just to note everyone, there's an optional tour after this meeting. So we'll be meeting
down, we'll take you down to the ramp. Go ahead.

Brief agenda, we'll cover all these items in the next slides. So for the first slide with the overview of
the project, this is more or less a rehash of what's in the bid documents, but we're installing roughly
1800 linear feet of large diameter, 84 and 96 inch drainage pipe.

6 manholes and inlets and one outfall into the regional pond. And the pipe, most part, is parallel to
taxiway Alpha on the south side of runway 826. It goes past the airport maintenance facility around
the control, in the proximity of the control tower, and also past the ARF.

fire station, and then we'll cross under Airfield Road to get to the regional pond.

You can see there's about 8 or 10 bullets there for some of the major scope items. Again, things from
the plans, demolishing miscellaneous asphalt driveways. One is an old taxiway that's at the north end
of the project. There's the current maintenance access to taxiway alpha that the pipe gets installed
under that is getting demolished and not restored.

And then also a phased installation around the ARF driveway. The importance there, if I don't touch
on it later, is to always have the fire department with a way to get to the airfield. So that will be
something that is important. There is a temporary extension widening of that

that driveway to help with that phased installation to maintain their access, but install the pipe.

And then a new asphalt driveway that's in reference to with the maintenance area. And I do plan to
actually flip to the plans because the mouse is not showing up. With the maintenance area, that
driveway, when that goes away, the new connection will be from

their shed to the ARF driveway, and they'll use the ARF driveway to access the airfield from that point
into the future. So that's that new asphalt driveway. Of course, there's the 84 and 96 inch pipes plus
the structures. A phased installation as well under Airfield Road. So Airfield Road provides access to

the aircraft control tower to maintenance and for the fire department to get to that fire station that is
air side. So keeping that road open is important. It's not high traffic, but we do need to have a way
for people to get back and forth because it is the only Rd. to provide them access in their personal
vehicles.

So that phased installation is shown in the plans. It does include, and I'll actually go into it on the
next slide, some temporary, what we call AOA, air operations area fence, secure perimeter fencing, in
order, in a bypass Rd. in order to allow that installation. And then the installation of the U-wall and
the riprap within the pond bottom.

and then your backfill grading and re-stabilization, as well as some bioswale grass to be installed on
a pond on the east side. So this project is funded in part by FDEP grant, and that is one of the
improvements to the

you know, the natural habitat that kind of comes with that grant. So if you're wondering why that is
separate from everything else, that is that is kind of the basis for that.

So project staging and access. Like I mentioned, this project is around the air traffic control tower.
That area is accessed off of Summit Boulevard via Airfield Road. So right near the Roger Scott Tennis
Center is where Airfield Road is. So the typical gate access is

Gate P12, it's a little bit hard to see in this drawing. And again, I do plan to go to the plans, but it's
down here and then the roadway around the regional pond to get to the staging area. We do show
in the plans over here, not quite right near the access gate, an area for employee parking.
Depending on what your needs are, you know, we can talk about additional employee areas, but
most employee vehicles will not be allowed through the gate. If it is a, you know, a company vehicle
with the appropriate either flags or signage, that can be allowed through the gate.

assuming the person is a badged driver for the secure area, but for people who either may not be
badged or may not be approved to drive, that area is identified outside the secure perimeter for their
vehicle parking.

Also, staging and stockpiling in the immediate vicinity of the pipe can installation can be limited. And
I'll get to that in the plans as well. That pipe is sitting outside what's called the taxiway safety area.

and then it's inside the taxiway object free area. So you will be allowed to work while aircraft come
and go along that taxiway, but you won't be allowed to leave piles of material either overnight in a
certain limit. Just a little bit off to the west side,

would be outside the taxiway object free area. So as you're excavating and you're placing the
material, it might have to go just a hair further because that pipe is right there in that area between
the two airfield boundaries.

to give you a little more familiarity with it if you don't already have familiarity with it.

This is the phasing with, well, yeah, the two phases that we have identified in the plans. The left two
photos represent work area A, but they are further broken down into work area A, phase one, and
work area A, phase two. On the far left is work area A, phase one.

They were determined from downhill to uphill. And work area A has that breakdown based off of the
installation under Airfield Road. So

Work area A, phase one, again, the far left is the U-wall, the pipe, the structure, and some additional
pipe more or less up to that existing airport perimeter fence. If you drive down Airfield Road in that
area, you have airport perimeter fence on both sides of you, one for the regional pond.

Once that pipe is installed up to that limit, then that would be backfilled and that bypass Rd. would
be constructed, pushing towards the regional pond. That includes A relocation, a temporary
installation of a perimeter fence to maintain that security around the region.

pod. There are portions of the regional pod. If you go through gate P12, which would be that
entrance gate for construction activity, they don't have fence, right? So the pond itself rests within
the airport secure perimeter. So we have to move that fence and maintain that airport perimeter. So

you know, a couple of those driveways. If it is milled up, you would have those millings, but, you
know, a bypass Rd. for those personal vehicles for the control tower, the maintenance staff, and the
fire department. Again, we have to maintain their access. So then the rest of the pipe would be
installed and that goes

back to the north up to that fire department driveway. And that's that phased installation through
that driveway that I talked about, where there'd be a temporary widening of it shown on the north
end of that driveway. And then

we get into work area B, which would be, again, from halfway of the fire department all the way up to
the north limit of the project.

And that's shown in that right photo. So work area A and work area B are 60 calendar days. There's A
30-day mobilization period on the front end. That all adds up to 150 calendar day period of
performance. And again, these phases were developed to maintain the airport operations. So you
won't be able to work them concurrently.

If there's a desire to reverse the order, maybe work work area B prior to work area A, maybe work,
you know, the 84 inch section that's parallel taxiway alpha before doing the portion that goes to the

Some of these areas, keeping ARF access, keeping air to Rd. access, those absolutely have to occur.

So then that other element is that pond on the east side with the installation of the bioswale grass.
That grass would be installed on the banks of, there's really two ponds. You can see one is a little bit
darker than the other. It's the one that's uphill from the storm where you can see the green. So it's
only one of the ponds.

that would get that by as well, grassing the one that does see more runoff. And this is on the east
side, it's off of Spanish Trail, right around where

There's the flight school access. The name of that road is escaping me right now. But it's a go
Spanish Trail between Summit and Langley. It's right off there and there's an access down there. So
that grass mixture was coordinated through our landscape architects for appropriate grasses.

for this climate. And there's a couple of different installation methods that can be done for it. But
again, that's just another element. This does not have to be worked after any of the other elements.
It could be first, it could be in the middle, it could be at the end within that period of performance.

portion of the ARF driveway, give them a little bit wider access. They have wide vehicles that if they're
responding in an emergency, they go relatively fast and they'll take that turn pretty wide. So
