Radio Detection System - Bastille FlyAway Kit

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Mechanicsburg Office intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for a Bastille 12 Sensor FlyAway Kit as well as as support, maintenance, training, and installation in support of the Naval Supply Systems Comand (NAVSUP) Enterprise.

This purchase will be performed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Other Than Full and Open Competition environment, as authorized under FAR Overhaul 6.103-1.

This notice is not a request for quotes or offers. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this procurement based on respones to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
