ITB 2027-04 SW 30th Ave Pit Fill

The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Bidders to electronically submit sealed bids for ITB 2027-04, SW 30th Ave Pit Fill.

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Tuesday, December 8, 2026.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in person on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at City Hall, Large Conference Room, 25493 NW 1st Ave, Newberry, FL 32669. Site visit can immediately follow non-mandatory pre-bid meeting if interested.

Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Tuesday, November 24, 2026, 2:00 PM EST.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at a Public Bid Opening on Tuesday December 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All members of the public may attend the Public Bid Opening Workshop.

Owner will post the Notice of Intent to Award on the online at https://www.newberryfl.gov/1270/Notice-of-Intent-to-Award-Bid
