Request for Proposal (RFP) for
Trash and Recycling Services
FOR OSWEGO CUSD 308
Notice is hereby given that Oswego CUSD 308
is requesting bids to provide
Trash and Recycling Services
Proposals will be accepted at:

Beginning February 13th, 2026, RFP specifications will be available on our website at www.sd308.org under the Finance Department>Bids/RFP/RFQ. Contact is Kaitlyn Earwood at kearwood@sd308.org.
Questions related to RFP may be submitted, in writing, via email to kearwood@sd308.org by March 2nd, 2026 by 12pm.  No questions will be accepted after this date/time.  Questions will be answered via email in the form of an addendum to all potential proposers and posted on the website.
Proposals will be accepted up until 12:00pm on March 16th 2026.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, waive any irregularities or informalities.
All vendors must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring payment of prevailing wage by contractors working on public funded projects, and with Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
