Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking cost proposals/bids to conduct Vegetation Community Planning Level Surveys (PLS) at training centers in four (4) locations. The term of the contract is for 12 months. The surveys will provide updates to the baseline information regarding the vegetation that can be used to make sound management and monitoring decisions.
