OIL CHANGE, LUBRICANTS, & MAINTENANCE SERVICES RE-BID

Project Description: McKinley County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide oil change, preventative maintenance, and related vehicle maintenance services for County owned vehicles.
Services may include, but are not limited to, conventional and synthetic oil changes, oil and filter replacement, fluid inspections and replenishment, tire rotations, preventative maintenance inspections, and other routine vehicle maintenance services as specified in the bid documents.
The County intends to establish a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all solicitation requirements. Bidders shall provide firm fixed unit pricing for all services identified in the pricing schedule. Percentage discounts, variable pricing, or pricing based on retail rates will not be accepted unless specifically requested in the bid documents.
