AMENDMENT 0001
The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following:
Provide the Question and Answer (Q&A) document for solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00302.
Incorporate updated Wage Determination rates (7 pages): WD 2015-5489, Revision 31, dated 08/31/2026.
Update FAA Form 4400-48 to reflect the correct solicitation number (697DCK-26-R-00302).
Incorporate updates to the Statement of Work (SOW). Note: All changes are highlighted in red text.
Provide revised Microsoft Excel files for:
Attachment J-3: Updated with two separate tabs at the bottom (ZLC ARTCC and NEMC locations).
Attachment J-6: Updated to include scheduled cleaning days and times.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued Screening Information Request (SIR) 697DCK-26-R-00302 for Janitorial Services at the following locations in Salt Lake City, UT:
All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Frequency Charts, and Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determinations. The contractor shall supply all materials, supplies, equipment, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks outlined in the SOW.
Set-Aside & Contract Type This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside pursuant to FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Clause 3.6.1-8 (Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Certified Small Business Concerns - Jan 2024). The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods:
