Annual Professional Learning Conference Events

Project Description: Florida Virtual School (“FLVS”) is seeking proposals from qualified venues and/or full-service hospitality providers to host its Annual Professional Learning Conference (APLC) events for 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, and 2031, serving approximately 3,800 staff. This annual event supports large-scale, high-quality professional learning opportunities, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a facility (and coordinated services) that can provide meeting space, hotel accommodations, food and beverage services, and audio-visual (AV) support.
