RFQ for On-Call Services for Landscape Architecture Services
The City of Pleasanton’s Public Works Department is currently seeking to retain a maximum of three (3) landscape architecture firms for on-call services. The term of the contract will be three (3) years, with an option to extend annually afterward to a maximum of five (5) years. The total contract amount will be a not-to-exceed, aggregate amount of five-hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). Anticipated services are for project design and construction activities and may include but are not limited to: general consulting, planting and irrigation design, plan checking, Capital Improvement Program project design, computer or manual drafting, 3D renderings, and other tasks associated with landscape architecture design, construction, and/or operation as assigned and directed by the Director of Public Works. These services will provide support for the Landscape Architecture Section of the Engineering Division for various city capital improvement and private development-related projects. This Request for Qualification (RFQ) describes the Scope of Services, the necessary components of the Statement of Qualification, the consultant selection process, and a sample copy of the Standard Professional Services Agreement. This RFQ also describes the required format of the submitted Statement of Qualification. Please see the attached RFQ for more information.
