ITB25-046 MCNEIL CANYON PARKING MAINTENANCE
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for McNeil Canyon Parking Maintenance. The project consists providing all materials, equipment and qualified competent personnel to provide crack sealing, seal coating and striping to protect the parking lot at McNeil Canyon
A pre-bid conference will be held at McNeil Canyon, 52188 East End Road, Homer AK 99603 on March 19, 2025 at 11:00 am. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. If you are unable to attend but would like to participate, we are offering the opportunity for you to call in and join the pre-bid meeting. The number to call is (907) 262-2044 This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. |
