Solicitation Summary
SHA is renewing the Office of Information Technology contract to continue supporting NetApp components and maintain the storage environment
to serve data to SHA internal and external customers.
Without continuing the support renewal, all critical patches, updates, and software support will expire on 12/31/25. This will impact the VMware infrastructure that is dependent on the data that is being served from the NetApp Storage Systems, resulting in failures that will impact SHA customers and Public safety.
