Project description:
The purpose of this project is to engage a qualified contractor for a professional roof cleaning project to be carried out in strict accordance with the roof manufacturer’s guidelines and the design team’s specifications. This project aims to thoroughly clean the roof surface and make any necessary repairs, protect its warranty, and ensure it maintains peak condition and appearance. To ensure compliance and quality, we are specifically looking for certified installers or contractors authorized by the roof membrane manufacturer SIKA Corp. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in roof cleaning that aligns with the manufacturer’s standards, preserving the integrity of the roof.
