Description
Iowa DPD seeks professional services to replace 7 RTUs at the Spencer Readiness Center.
There will be a mandatory site visit located at 11 E 23rd St, Spencer, IA 51301 at 10:00 AM on June 30th. All questions regarding the scope of work will be detailed during this visit. An RSVP must be sent to philip.payton@dpd.iowa.gov and koby.w.higgins.nfg@army.mil.
Bids will be entered as a lump sum total via the IMPACS system. There will not be a public bid opening for this project.

Direct Drive Supply Fan: Mul�-Speed ECM Direct Drive Built-in BACnet IP and MS/TP (standard)
Refrigerant R-454B Barometric Relief Damper Factory Installed Low Nox Factory Installed
Combina�on Coil/Hail Guards Factory Installed Hinged Access Doors Factory Installed Environ
Evaporator and Condenser Coil System Factory Installed 2" MERV8 - PLE Filter Factory Installed
and condensate switch
Exis�ng low and high voltage:
- replace exis�ng tstats with Honeywell TH8321WF VisionPRO 8000 Smart Thermostats
- low voltage wiring to be replaced from RTU to T-stat if insufficient for opera�on
- if line voltage wiring is sufficient, use otherwise include replacement breakers and wiring as
needed
The Lennox Enlight is equipped with a non-fused disconnect, if possible, I do not want to have
an addi�onal fused disconnect atached to the RTU. If there is no way around not having the
fused disconnect on the RTU, the RTU needs to be ordered without the non-fused disconnect.
Gas:
- provide all materials needed to connect gas to replacement RTU to include replacing exis�ng
union and ball valve.
Roofing:
- include roof curb adapters
- include high wind hold down brackets
- penetra�ons needing sealed or repairs needing made from installa�on should be compa�ble
with Duro Last Inc. roofing systems.
