Proposals are being requested for a Transition contract that will assist youth in the Sixth Judicial District in Iowa in both transitioning from out of home placement back into the community and transitioning into adulthood. This program will utilize both the On The Way Home curriculum as outlined by Boys Town and traditional transitional services.
