The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District” or “CFTOD”) is seeking an experienced contractor to perform canal, levee, and water control structure landscape maintenance.

The Contractor must provide all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals required to perform these services.

Typical items of work may include, but are not limited to: mowing, string trimming, tree removal, vegetation and brush clearing, woodlines, litter, trash & debris removal and disposal.

Contractor must have the below required equipment:

• Chainsaws
• Chippers and stump grinders
• Excavations and brush clearing machinery, including but not limited to:
1. Tracked slope mower (ability to mow a 60° slope)
2. Forestry mulcher
• Tractors and mowers, including but not limited to:
1. Tractor mowers with batwing attachments for mowing canal levee
2. Z-turn Mower with 60” rear discharge for mowing around water control structures
• String Trimmers for use near guardrails, fencing, etc.
• Trucks or trailers for debris removal & mobilization

NOTE: Contractor must include an equipment list with their bid response indicating the minimum required equipment in order to be considered responsive. Contractors without the required equipment will have their bids rejected as insufficient.
