Description

On-Call Emergency Mass Feeding RFx, EPIN 06924P0025 The New York City Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration (DSS/HRA) is issuing this RFP (RFx) to identify qualified vendors specializing in delivery of prepared meals and capable of operating in a post-incident setting to be on call to expeditiously provide food service to large populations at numerous feeding sites across the City. The resultant contracts for On-call Emergency Mass Feeding Services will be used by DSS/HRA and can be utilized by other Mayoral Agencies and non-Mayoral agencies of the City of New York for small to large-scale emergency incidents. Anticipated Initial Contract Term: 7/1/25 – 6/30/27 Anticipated Maximum Available Annual Funding: $9,000,000.00 with each service area not to exceed $1,800,000 over the two (2)-years contract term. Anticipated number of contracts: 5 Questions regarding this RFx must be transmitted in writing to the Agency Contact Person, Taina Galarza, at DSSEmergency@dss.nyc.gov. Questions received prior to the Pre-Proposal Conference will be answered at the conference. Responses to questions addressed at the conference and those received subsequently will shared in an addendum to the Citywide Bidder’s List through the PASSPort System.
