The purpose of this ammendment is to change the Secondary Contract from TSgt Kevin Bowers to Carri Dulaney.
The 359TRS at Pensacola, FL has a requirement for 100 (Ea) Composite Course Panels IAW Attachment 1 Composite Panel Specifications. These training panels are built to spec to satisfy the training requirements of the 359 TRS for minimum salient characteristics.
