| Background: | The Department's Traffic Safety Engineering Division is responsible for managing and administering the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) in accordance with Section 148 of Title 23, United States Code (23 U.S.C. 148). The Proposer will assist the Department in supporting the successful implementation of Nevada's HSIP with the goal of reducing fatalities and serious injuries on Nevada's roadways. | ||||
