REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Separate sealed RFP for a WATER HEATER in the current water heating system for the Garland County Adult Detention Center, will be received by Garland County at the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita Ave., Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 until 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at which time the RFP’s received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Outside of the envelope should be marked:
“RFP Water Heater”
RFP forms, specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of Judge, Darryl Mahoney located at 501 Ouachita Avenue, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the County.
