ENHANCED CELL COVERAGE IN MCKINNEY

Project Description: The City of McKinney, Texas (City) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced civil engineering firms or similar firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications in wireless telecommunications infrastructure to conduct a coverage analysis, evaluate the feasibility of expanding or enhancing cellular service on city-owned properties in McKinney, and provide a partnership model that allows the city to leverage assets to support investment in cellular infrastructure. The ultimate objective of this engagement is to position the City to improve wireless connectivity for residents, businesses, and visitors while fostering collaboration with private-sector partners to achieve cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
