The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes and pipes, sewer manhole construction, diversion of sewage flow, traffic control, dust control, stormwater discharge control, and all other incidental improvements as necessary to complete as specified and as shown on the Drawings.
