Fixed Price Bid for High Intensity Tutoring Services Utilizing Outcomes Based Contracting

Charleston County School District is seeking Bids for Fixed Price Bid for High Intensity Tutoring Services Utilizing Outcomes Based Contracting . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ccsd , no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 .

The purpose of this fixed price bid is to provide sources for high impact tutoring services on an “as needed” basis as listed herein for CCSD. Contractors are needed within the district. Contractor will be placed on a qualified provider list that Charleston County School District (CCSD) will utilize when seeking high impact tutoring services. Being placed on the qualified provider list does not guarantee that a contractor will be asked to supply tutoring services. We are also implementing Outcomes Based Contracting where a portion of the fee charged will be paid contingent upon achieved outcomes.
