Stormwater Maintenance and Inspection Services

Project Location: California

RTD is soliciting qualified vendors to provide biannual stormwater maintenance and inspection services for existing stormwater treatment infrastructure located in California. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, disposal, documentation, and supervision necessary to perform preventative maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and reporting services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

The procurement is intended to establish a qualified service agreement that ensures continued regulatory compliance, operational functionality, and preventative maintenance of RTD’s stormwater infrastructure assets.

Background

RTD maintains stormwater treatment infrastructure to support regulatory compliance, protect water quality, and ensure the long-term functionality of its facilities and surrounding drainage systems. This project is intended to establish a proactive, reliable maintenance program that minimizes sediment buildup, prevents system failures, and reduces the risk of pollutant discharge into municipal storm drain systems and receiving waters. RTD is seeking a qualified vendor with demonstrated experience in stormwater infrastructure maintenance, environmental compliance, and detailed reporting practices.
