Project Description: Bidders:
You are invited to submit an electronic bid for the following: Furnish all labor and materials for the Generator & Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Replacement at West Springfield Elementary School, in accordance with specifications and drawings available for download from the Bonfire website.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held June 24, 2025*, at 11:10 a.m. at West Springfield Elementary School, 6802 Deland Drive, Springfield, VA 22152. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the buildings front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 11:15 A.M. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award.
