NEMA TS2 TYPE 1, SIZE 6 TRAFFIC CONTROLLER CABINET ASSEMBLIES:
The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure invites interested parties to a submit a response for the provision of NEMA TS2 Type 1, Size 6 (also called a P6 cabinet) Traffic Controller Cabinet assemblies and Associated Services on an as, if and when requested basis.

The Province intends to enter into one Standing Arrangement with the highest-scoring Respondent whose Response meets all mandatory criteria and minimum scores and who passes the Field-Testing Process described in section 8.

Traffic Controller Cabinets and Associated Services are to be provided on an as, if, and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number or value of the Goods Requests that may be requested from the Contractor over the term. However, the Province estimates that it may order 30 to 40 Traffic Controller Cabinets annually.

A Standing Arrangement established pursuant to this RSA does not confer an exclusive right to provide Traffic Controller Cabinets and Associated Services to the Province. The Province reserves the right to procure Traffic Controller Cabinets and Associated Services by any other means, including through the use of other agreements, or by other procurement or contracting methods.

The initial term of the Standing Arrangement will be for a period of two years. The Province, in its sole discretion, may extend the term by five additional one-year periods.
