Work Location: 1510 Folger Drive located in the City of Belmont, California, 94002. The work will be done for the Mid-Peninsula Water District
(i.e., referred to herein as the "Owner” or as the “District”).

Proposers are required to register for an account and pay $150 for access to all Proposal documents and will receive one hard copy set. Proposers are solely responsible for the cost of the Proposal documents and preparing their proposals.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit will be held at the Folger Drive Emergency Operations Center Project Site located at 1510 Folger Drive Belmont, CA 94002 on January 13, 2026, at 10:30 AM PST. Attendance at the Site meeting is MANDATORY for all General Contractors wanting to propose on the project. Attendance will be verified by sign-in sheet maintained by the District’s Construction Manager. Only firms listed on the official attendance record will be eligible to submit proposals. PROPOSALS submitted by parties not attending the pre-proposal meeting will be rejected.

Sealed proposals, whether mailed or personally delivered, must be received by MPWD staff at the District’s administrative offices located at 1075 Old County Road, Suite A Belmont, CA 94002. Proposals must be received by February 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST.
