Addendum No. 1
1. This addendum modifies the Bid Opening Date for the above-referenced project. The
revised Bid Opening Date is shown in the updated schedule below. All other provisions
of the bid documents shall remain in full force and effect.
Pre-Proposal Conference: Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Questions Due: Friday, January 30, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
Responses to Questions Posted: Wednesday, February 4, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.
Response to CSP Due: Tuesday, February 10, 2026 by 3:00 p.m.
Ranking - Board Action: Estimated February 19, 2026
Board Contract Approval: Estimated February 19, 2026
Notice to Proceed: Estimated March 16, 2026

Q&A:
1. Q: Will ya'll provide the contractor and/or supplier that installed the current fence
that is placed around the perimeter of the field. If we are to move the existing
gate to center it to where the new driveway will be there will need to be
replacement of some of those fence panels. During the site walk I noticed that
some of the existing poles and panels could not be reused due to their size or
existing conditions.
A: Contractors are expected to move the gate opening to the proposed location
and close all other openings. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to
re-secure the fence. Additional fence panels, posts, and hardware needed to
install properly can be purchased by any fencing supplier. New fencing shall
match current fencing.
