Continuing Design-Build for Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Utilities Infrastructure Improvements – Multiple Projects

Project Description: TOHO seeks to select DB Firms to undertake water and wastewater utility projects as outlined within this solicitation. TOHO later may assign project(s) to a DB Firm via a Task Authorization. The selected DB Firm will be responsible for completing assigned projects, which may include new construction, renewal and replacement, emergency repair projects and other miscellaneous utility work projects. The estimated construction costs for each individual project will be less than the limit established by section 287.055(1)(g), Florida Statutes (currently, $7.5 million).
Respondents must have proven expertise and extensive experience in the DB execution process related to water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure including design, preconstruction services, construction management and construction execution in any of the following three categories:
Underground pipelines;
Pumps stations, booster stations and/or lift stations; and
Water and/or Wastewater treatment facilities.
NOTICE OF STRUCTURE RECORD RELEASE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Vendors must fully complete Appendix D: FORM TOH-140, Structure Record Release Acknowledgement, to obtain copies of solicitation related building plans, blueprints, schematics, or diagrams pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Submit completed forms to procurement@tohowater.com by the question submittal deadline stated in this solicitation.
