Project Description: The Housing Authority of Covington (HAC) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed entities with demonstrated professional competence and experience to conduct and provide Plumbing Services. Contractor(s) shall perform these services for HAC owned properties throughout Covington, Kentucky.
HAC intends to create a “pool” of Contractor(s) to provide Plumbing Services utilizing various Contractor(s) which will be available on an as-needed basis. The actual number of Pool participants chosen will depend on the number of qualified proposals received.
