Contractors shall provide all vehicles, trailers, storage containers, dumpsters, labor, services, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and supplies required for the maintenance of the property (located at 1920 Mason Ave. Daytona Beach Fl. 32117) in attractive and healthy condition throughout the contract period, starting July 1, 2026. The Contractor shall have the licensing and capability to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the solicitation documents.
