Description
This contractor shall furnish all labour, materials and equipment necessary to remove all existing roofing and related items to the deck level and to complete all carpentry metal flashing and membrane application as specified herein.
NOTE: All existing membrane roofing and materials are to be removed to the steel deck
It is the intent of this contract to reroof all flat roof areas noted on the attached roof plan
