Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) RFP

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: This is a request for the purposes of soliciting and procuring the services of an Managed Security Service provider (MSSP) to provide comprehensive cybersecurity monitoring services to support the MTA Cybersecurity program in maintaining the MTA Security posture across IT/OT environments. MSSP will be required to provide the following services over a period of 5 years with an option of 3 additional years for a total of possible 8 year duration.

Overview of services:

• 24/7 Real-time L1 Monitoring

• Incident Triage and Response

• Hosting/Administration of SIEM Cloud Environment

• Threat Intelligence services
