Sealed proposals for performing the work herein described will be received at the office of the Village Administrator, Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY 10533, until September 3, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Court Room in Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY.

Specifications and standard proposals may be obtained at the above address or on the Village website at www.irvingtonny.gov.  There is no cost for the specification package.

Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Village of Irvington, Office of the Village Administrator, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY and endorsed “Fire Rescue Truck”.

The Village of Irvington reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so.
