REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

CHATHAM MUNICIPAL AIRPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT (ASA)

Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30B, Section 6, the Town of Chatham, by and through its Airport Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or businesses interested in operating, maintaining, managing, and providing specified Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services at the Chatham Municipal Airport in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Aeronautics Division and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, policies and guidance.

The proposal guidelines may be obtained at the Chatham Town Hall, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA, 02633, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or by email at

Sealed proposals must be received by AUGUST 27, 2026 SEPTEMBER 3, 3:00 PM.

The Town reserves the right to reject all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, informalities and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this Request for Proposals if deemed in the best interest of the Town.
