In general, the Work to be completed under this Contract consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, constructing access roads, installing temporary and permanent erosion control measures, installing and maintaining temporary irrigation systems, applying seed mixtures, planting container plants, weed control, grow and kill cycles, and all other appurtenant work as required by the Contract Documents.
