    The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration (State), is seeking qualified Responders to provide Mental Health Rule 79 training to adult and children’s targeted case managers . The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for one year, from approximately October 1, 2025, until September 30, 2026. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
