Description
Provide one-to-one support services for adult mental health consumers referred through probation services in the Vancouver Region, Community Corrections Division, Corrections Branch.
The contractor’s qualifications required to complete the services are:Empower clients to take responsible and productive action, Develop, support, and maintain community referrals for consumers of mental health services, Create relationships based on regular, consistent individual care to chronic abusers of emergency after hours and weekend systems, Enhance case management of hard to service clients, Develop social, recreational and life skill options that will provide healthy alternative to criminal or self-abusive behaviour
