Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center VA Puget Sound in Seattle WA (VAPSHCS) requires Contractors to provide services as part of its Community Based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. The goal of HCHV programs is to target and prioritize Veterans from literal street homelessness or habitation unfit for Veterans, homeless Veterans with co-occurring mental health or substance use disorders (SUDs) , and Veterans who recently became homeless and place them in a community-based, residential environment with sufficient supportive services to meet their needs, and ultimately facilitate the improvement of their housing situation.



The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Indeinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a five year period of performance.
