Description
Island Health is seeking to lease a suitable facility-based setting of approximately five thousand, five hundred and sixty (5,560) usable square feet in Campbell River. The facility can be located on a single floor or multiple contiguous floors in the same building, provided an elevator and full barrier-free accessibility is provided.
Island Health will be using the facility to provide a PCAC, which is a core component of comprehensive primary care delivery in a local Primary Care Network (PCN). PCAC’s are a highly flexible and team-based resource designed to complement existing primary care capacity and fill service gaps in the PCN in which they are situated.
