The Town of Glade Spring, Virginia (âTownâ) invites sealed proposals from qualified independent Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to provide comprehensive audit services for fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, including a Single Audit in compliance with federal funding requirements under 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F.At the Townâs sole discretion, the resulting contract may be renewed for the performance of auditing services for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, covering fiscal years 2026 and 2027, contingent upon funding availability, satisfactory performance, and mutual agreement.Procurement will be conducted by competitive negotiation in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Price will not be the sole determinant for award. Competitive sealed proposals will be evaluated based on criteria formulated to ensure the best overall value for the Town.
